Position: Direct Support Professional

Location: The Center, just off S Russell Street

Competitive Pay:

· Base Pay: $17.50 - 18.00 per hour

· Sign-On Bonus: $300

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist adults with developmental disabilities with activities of daily living (ADLs).

· Maintain a clean and safe environment.

· Keep accurate electronic records.

· Administer medications.

· Prepare meals and assist with feeding.

· Support community outings and client activities.

· Assist with educational and skill-building activities.

· Use Mandt training for behavior management.

Work Schedules:

· Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Employment Options:

· Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

· Reliable: Dependability is crucial.

· Minimum Age: 18 years or older.

· Driver License: Have held a valid driver license for 3 years with a relatively clean record for the last 3 years.

· Background Check: Must pass all required checks.

· Communication Skills: Effective in English, including electronic communication.

· Drug Testing: Required as per Montana State Law.

· Experience: Preferred but not required; we provide training.
