Position description:

We’re looking for a both full-time entry-level Direct Support Professional. No experience is necessary, training is provided. The ideal candidate is someone who is a naturally kind and compassionate person that would enjoy helping people and having fun with them.

Our DSPs often take care of daily needs; cooking, cleaning, transportation, medication assistance etc. On occasion, they will take individuals bowling or to the movies, and often join individuals at church or volunteer events.

The goal is to help our residents feel and become as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Be a companion, learn to be a caregiver for someone in your community! 

This is a Full Time Split Shift Schedule 

The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday 6a-10a in the morning and then you will return 1:20p-5:20 Monday to Thursday on Fridays you will work 2:30p-6:30p

Compensation: $16.00 hour - Rate can increase with documented and verified experience. We also offer a $1.50 shift differential for the morning shift 6a-10a and a $2 shift differential for the 2nd shift as well.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED


• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with fewer than 6 points on driving record


• 18 years of age or older


• Able to pass background check


• Must be able to successfully pass a drug screening (including medical marijuana)
