Direct Support Professional / Caregiver - Overnight

TO QUALIFY:

• Employees must be at least 18 years of age per Oregon State Administrative Rules
• Prefer experience working with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Successful candidates will be required to meet all Oregon State Department of Human Services requirements

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Rates Starting at: $20.00/Hr
• Option 1: Sunday-Tuesday 8pm-8am and alternating Saturday 8pm-8am. Guaranteed overtime every other week. 
• Option 2: Sunday-Tuesday 8pm-8am and alternating Wednesday 8pm-8am. Guaranteed overtime every other week.

What You Get To Do:

We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities; behavioral or medical complexities in our residential programs!

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support our persons served with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with the person served to provide coaching, supervision, and role modeling life skills.  The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, /or and assistance with personal cares.

• This is a non-driving position
