Community Access Services is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. No experience? No problem! We provide paid training to set you up for success.

Hiring for Multiple Shifts!
We offer full-time and part-time opportunities:

Day Shift – Support daily routines, personal care, activities, and community outings.
Swing Shift – Assist with evening activities, mealtimes, and transitions.

What You’ll Do as a DSP:

Assist individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and medication administration.
Follow personalized care plans for each individual based on their needs and preferences
Foster social engagement through recreational and community activities.
Ensure a safe, comfortable, and inclusive home environment.
Advocate for the rights and well-being of individuals served, ensuring their voices are heard in decisions regarding their care.

Requirements:

No experience required – just a passion for helping others!
Ability to pass a national background check
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility needs when necessary

Note: This position requires driving as part of the job responsibilities, and all applicants must meet the criteria to drive a company vehicle.
