Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support and care for individuals in our residential homes.
- Assist with personal care, meals, and community activities.
- Encourage independence and life skills development.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.
- Document daily activities and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous caregiving, healthcare, or support service experience a plus (but not required — training provided).
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass background check and meet state requirements.
