Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $18+/hr | Flexible Schedules
Maximum Care, Inc. is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual disabilities in their homes and communities.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, meals, toileting)
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Run errands, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed
  • Offer medication reminders and accompany participants to appointments
You’ll help individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Compassionate, reliable, and respectful

Responsabilidades
  • Ayudar con actividades diarias (baño, aseo personal, comidas, uso del baño)
  • Brindar compañía y apoyo emocional
  • Realizar diligencias, limpieza ligera y transporte según sea necesario
  • Recordatorios de medicamentos y acompañar a los participantes a citas médicas
Su apoyo ayuda a que las personas vivan con seguridad, independencia y dignidad.
Requisitos
  • Tener 18 años o más
  • Poder completar una verificación de antecedentes penales
  • Capacidad para levantar hasta 25 libras
  • Ser una persona responsable, respetuosa y compasiva
