What You'll Do

As a DSP, you'll provide one-on-one support to children and adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout the community.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Helping individuals build confidence and everyday life skills


• Supporting community outings, recreation, and social activities


• Assisting with personal care and daily routines when needed


• Encouraging independence while promoting safety and dignity


• Recording services using our easy mobile documentation system


• Working alongside families and Care Coordinators to achieve individual goals
