Thrive Homes, Inc. is dedicated to providing comprehensive, person-centered services for adults of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are currently hiring for all shifts at a residential home located in Tipton County (Munford, TN), serving two young to middle-aged adults with intellectual disabilities. At this time, we are seeking local applicants only, preferably those residing within 15 minutes of downtown Munford—including Millington and other areas within Tipton County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals in engaging with the community through meaningful, self-directed activities
- Assisting with minimal hygiene needs while promoting autonomy through verbal prompting and mentorship
- Shopping for household and individual needs
- Preparing and cooking nutritious meals
- Maintaining a clean and safe home environment
- Coordinating and attending medical appointments
- Administering medications as needed
Qualifications
Must have experience working with the intellectually disabled population
- 18 years of age or older (required)
- Minimum of High School Diploma/GED
- Have a Current, Non-Provisional Driver’s License valid in the state of operation
- Must have a good driving record with vehicle insurance
- Empathetic and have a team approach to care for the individuals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor.
- Willing to undergo drug testing and background check

- Day shift 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Evenings 3:00 PM -11:00 PM
- Overnight 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Weekends
- Either 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM -11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Required License/Certification
- Driver's License
- First Aid Certification - (we can give recommendations on where to get this certification)
- CPR Certification - (we can give recommendations on where to get this certification)
- Medication Administration Certificate - (we can assist in providing this certifications)
