Direct Support Professional Full Time

In this role, you will provide compassionate and dedicated support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals and enhance their independence. You will work closely with a team to foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.


• Provide companionship and support to promote social and recreational activities.


• Implement individualized plans and document progress accurately.


• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times.


• Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members.


• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• 21 years of age or older 


• Previous experience in a caregiving or support role preferred.


• NC driver's license


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Reliable transportation to Williamston, NC.
