Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License.

Responsibilities
- Assist and supervise clients with personal care activities including dressing, bathing, and toileting, promoting dignity and comfort.
- Support clients during meals, encouraging the use of family-style dining to enhance social interaction.
- Help clients with housekeeping duties such as clothing care, cleaning, and yard maintenance, fostering independence.
- Assist clients in meal preparation and nutritional supplementation, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and monitor clients for any adverse reactions.
- Implement prescribed diet plans and facilitate the use of adaptive equipment as directed.
- Follow established behavioral programs, conduct data collection, and adhere to safety protocols.
- Support clients in active treatment plans by training, recording progress, and achieving service goals.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to communicate pertinent client information as guided by supervisory staff.
- Transport clients safely using company vehicles as required.
- Accompany and supervise clients during community outings to promote engagement and socialization.
- Support client participation in school and day program activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support client care and organizational goals.
