Your Impact: What You’ll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you are a mentor, coach, and champion. On a daily basis, you will:

• Flexible Educational/Work Background (Must meet one):
  
  
  
  • A Bachelor’s degree (Any field) OR
  
  
  • An Associate’s degree + 1 year of relevant experience OR
  
  
  • A High School Diploma / GED + 2 years of relevant life or work experience.
  
  
  
  


• The Essentials: A valid Driver’s License, reliable personal transportation with proper insurance, and the ability to successfully pass a standard background check.
