In this role, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their personal goals and enhance their daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support participants in achieving their personal goals and enhancing daily living skills.
• Assist with personal care needs and ensure a safe and clean living environment.
• Provide transportation for participants to various appointments and activities.
• Provide and maintain accurate records.
• Promote a positive and supportive environment through effective communication and teamwork.
• Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse individuals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
