Direct support Professionals

Creed Medical is seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team and provide exceptional care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal planning, and household management.
• Implement and follow personalized support plans while encouraging independence.
• Engage individuals in recreational and community activities to enhance social skills and integration.
• Monitor and document individual progress, communicating any changes to the care team.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and a positive environment for individuals.
• Work collaboratively with other staff and families to ensure holistic care.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in social work, psychology, or a related field is advantageous.
• Experience in a similar role or working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations (HIPAA).
• Valid driver's license and the ability to transport individuals when needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or required within the first month of employment.
