This position will be located in Roy, UT. \n\nNorthrop Grumman is looking for an experienced Support \u0026 Training Integration IPT Lead to own the end\u2011to\u2011end lifecycle of the Sentinel product support portfolio \u2013 from engineering design through sustainment. You\u2019ll lead a multidisciplinary Integrated Product Team (IPT) responsible for training, maintenance planning, supply support, technical data, support equipment planning, and more. You\u2019ll define and champion the long-term vision of technical scope across the across the Integrated Product Support elements aligned with the program roadmap. You will drive cost, schedule, and technical performance while forging deep, value\u2011adding relationships with our customers.\n\nWhat You Will Get To Do:\n\nThe primary objective will be the delivery of all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements and creating customer intimacy to support value creation strategies and actions. The individual will report into the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test organization. \n \nPrimary responsibilities are to support the establishment and maintenance of the IPT operations to execute the management of cost, schedule, and technical performance and includes, but is not limited to: \n\n * Develop and execute sustainment strategies for system longevity\n * Develop the long\u2011term vision for technical scope that captures system lifecycle and upgrade paths\n * Influencing product requirements and technical designs for supportability\n * Assisting the government customer in refining their product support requirements\n * Planning for the deployment and sustainment of the Sentinel weapon system\n * Lead a cross\u2011functional IPT to deliver training and product\u2011support outcomes on\u2011time and on\u2011budget\n * Manage technical, cost, and schedule performance using Earned Value Management (EVM)\n * Identify, mitigate, and capitalize on risks \u0026 opportunities\n * Define, track, and close program requirements through strong technical leadership\n * Create and maintain master plans \u0026 integrated schedules\n * Partner with suppliers to meet program objectives and nurture strategic relationships\n * Present to customers, senior execs, and stakeholders\n * Formulate and implement growth strategies \n\n\n\n\nAs a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Defense Systems, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including: \n\\- Medical, Dental \u0026 Vision coverage \n\\- 401k \n\\- Educational Assistance \n\\- Life Insurance \n\\- Employee Assistance Programs \u0026 Work/Life Solutions \n\\- Paid Time Off \n\\- Health \u0026 Wellness Resources \n\\- Employee Discounts\n\nThis positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. \n\nYou\u2019ll Bring These Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree and 10 years, or Master\u2019s and 8 years, experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers and/or project management in other industries.\n * Experience managing people\n * 3+ years leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost as either project lead, integrated program team or cost account manager.\n * Proven leadership of engineering cross-functional teams within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment\n * An active U.S. Government Secret security clearance with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP)\n\n\n\nThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:\n\n * Direct experience developing product support and training solutions\n * Proven record of leading teams to a unified goal\n * Air Force Sustainment background\n * ICBM experience\n * Experience leading a Product Support team\n * Strong supplier management expertise\n * Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence at all levels\n * Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team\u2011oriented environment\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $193,800.00 - $290,600.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.\n\nThe application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
