Qualifications:

Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field

Meet NC requirements for Preschool Director including Bachelors in Early Childhood Education

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proactive about building relationships with families and maintaining high standards across various functions of school

Organized and able to multitask, strategically resolves challenges, and has a great attitude.

Managing operation of the school

Ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control
