The MDM Strategic & Consulting Leader will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Master Data Management (MDM) for pharmaceutical commercial operations. This role is responsible for building the commercial “Golden Record” across HCP/HCO, Payer, Account, Affiliation, Territory, and Product domains, enabling compliant, accurate, and AI-ready data foundations for commercial, digital, and field operations.
In this role the member should be able to enable more personalized, timely and insightful customer experiences, by accelerating access to accurate, complete, and recent customer experience through an upgraded master data backbone powered by IQVIA OneKey Syndicated data set. (Key Results to achieve: Increased speed to insight, higher prescription and claim capture rate, improved customer network intel. The member should have experience in handling records pertaining to product sales, competitor product sales, field inquiries and transaction, field calls, samples dispensed, Advisory board, Target list and segmentation , HCPs with DCRs, Match with external sources, brand target list and affiliations, aligned universe and contacts.
