Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
• Provide immediate and respectful responses to guest needs
• Train new hires, set the tone for shifts, and serve as a role model
• Open and close the restaurant, lead shifts, and handle key holder duties
• Count drawers and finalize daily operations
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications & Requirements

• Friendly smile and enthusiastic communication
• Ability to create emotional connections with guests and team members
• Reliable transportation and availability to work Monday to Friday plus weekends
• Strong people skills with a passion for serving and developing Team Members
• Commitment to superior customer service and a collaborative team environment
• Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required
