Location:

This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
AmeriBen is a proud member of the Elevance Health family of companies. We are a third-party administrator (TPA) of medical benefits, also providing medical management, human resource consulting and retirement benefits administration services.
The

Director Account Management & Client Services

will be responsible for overseeing account management and health plan operations for assigned business unit(s) or line(s) of business within AmeriBen.
How you will make an impact:
Collaborates with division and enterprise leadership to create and implement for the account management and health plan operations.
Delivers on cross business unit goals and drives alignment on objectives.
Oversees end-to end operation which may include any combination of functions related to account management, health plan operations, and the related functions in order to ensure that deliverables are met and drive results.
Position requires significant and regular contact with leadership, customers, and enterprise partners.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Requires BA/BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of professional leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Ability to travel may be required.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
MA/MBA preferred.
Strongly prefer a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a highly regulated health insurance environment.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $153,748 to $267,036
