Job Description - Director, Accounts Resolution

Location: On-Site in Bedford, MA
This Role:
The Director of Accounts Resolution is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, compliance, and performance management of the Account Manager team and the whole department. This role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and fosters a collaborative and high-performing team environment aligned with the company’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
  - Identifying staffing needs in collaboration with Operation leadership
  - Posting job openings internally and externally
  - Screening applications, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions through JazzHR
Training and Development
- Monitor training and onboarding of all new hires to ensure effective integration and readiness
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and conduct annual performance reviews
- Hold regular meetings with Senior Account Managers along with daily meetings with new account managers to reinforce expectations and support performance
- Regularly review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor departmental and operational effectiveness
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Work closely with all department managers to resolve issues and improve processes
- Foster a cooperative team environment by:
  - Communicating company and department visions effectively
  - Encouraging constructive feedback among staff
  - Adjusting procedures to different departments to improve efficiency and resolve conflicts/issues with the AR
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to all applicable State and Federal laws, including HIPAA Privacy and Security regulations
- Maintain familiarity with the company Code of Conduct and compliance policies as documented in SharePoint
- Ensure all managers and employees follow compliance policies and administer sanctions when necessary
Operational Management
- Review and approve employee time and attendance records per company standards
- Uphold and promote the company’s mission, vision, and core values in all activities

Required:

Proven experience in managing Accounts Receivable or related financial operations
Two to four years related experience in management and healthcare/RCM
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred:

Ability to learn new and existing software
Ability to understand the capabilities, limitations, and integrations within the entire infrastructure of the company
Knowledge of compliance regulations, including HIPAA
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively on a team and make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose solutions
