We are looking for talents to help us lead Coupang’s expansion in Taiwan. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?”   


 


Role Overview  


The Head of Affiliate Marketing will own and scale the affiliate and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) ecosystem in Taiwan, driving revenue growth across both managed technology and non-technology segments. This leader will build and expand a high-performing business development team, strengthen strategic publisher relationships, and grow a best-in-class KOL platform across Taiwan. The role carries full ownership of performance, partnerships, and P&L outcomes.


 


What You Will Do 




  • Build, lead, and scale a dedicated BD/Affiliate Marketing team to execute the affiliate charter in Taiwan




  • Define and drive affiliate strategy to penetrate both managed tech and non-tech segments




  • Lead the growth and success of the KOL platform across Taiwan, expanding reach, engagement, and


    monetization




  • Develop and deepen strategic relationships with existing managed publishers, ensuring long-term value


    creation




  • Leverage strong industry network to establish partnerships across major online apps, affiliate platforms,


    publisher networks, and digital ecosystems in Taiwan




  • Identify new growth opportunities through emerging affiliates, platforms, and creator economy trends




  • Own affiliate business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and P&L accountability




  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to drive integrated


    go-to-market execution




  • Set clear goals, performance metrics, and development plans for the team, fostering a results-oriented


    and collaborative cult




Basic Qualifications  



  • Deep understanding of the Taiwan digital ecosystem, with established local contacts across:
    ○ KOL / Influencer networks
    ○ E-commerce (EC) platforms
    ○ SaaS and online technology platforms

  • Proven sales-driven mindset with a strong track record of revenue growth and P&L ownership

  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including hiring, managing, and scaling teams

  • Strong strategic and execution capability in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or platform-based business
    models

  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
