We are seeking a Director of AI Strategy to join our team. This is a high-energy, client-facing role for a hands-on strategist and consultant who can anticipate client needs, shape AI roadmaps, and deliver solutions that create measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in Google Cloud AI technologies (Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery ML), combined with a broad understanding of the evolving AI landscape, including Agentic AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and next-generation orchestration frameworks. You will partner directly with client stakeholders, business and technical alike—to define strategy, design architectures, and drive adoption of transformative AI solutions.
Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for executive and technical stakeholders, leading workshops and strategy sessions to define AI vision and adoption roadmaps.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively present AI opportunities aligned to their business goals.
- Develop architecture diagrams, presentations, and proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate value.
- Lead client-facing discussions, framing AI’s impact on revenue, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Focus on Google AI ecosystem (Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery ML, Generative AI Studio) while leveraging other platforms (Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain) where relevant.
- Stay at the forefront of AI evolution (agentic workflows, orchestration protocols, governance, and responsible AI) and bring these insights into client engagements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure strategies translate into scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML consulting, architecture, or strategy, with strong client-facing experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud AI technologies (Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery ML).
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, multimodal AI, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks (MCP, LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both executive and technical stakeholders.
- High energy, proactive, and confident—able to lead discussions and anticipate client needs.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure AI, AWS AI, or other generative AI platforms.
- Familiarity with MLOps, enterprise integration, and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Industry and functional expertise in Telco, Digital Transformation, MarTech, or CMO-focused initiatives.
$150,000 - $170,000 a year
