We work across business units, technical teams, and executive stakeholders to accelerate design wins and deliver meaningful business impact.\n\nAs Director of Americas Storage Accounts, you will own strategy, revenue, and executive relationships with top enterprise and cloud storage customers. You will lead cross\u2011functional orchestration, guide long\u2011term planning, and secure multi\u2011year design wins that fuel Micron\u2019s datacenter growth.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Lead multi\u2011year account strategy aligned with Micron\u2019s Core Data Center Business Unit\n * Own revenue, margin, and design\u2011win pipeline for storage customers across the Americas\n * Build and maintain C\u2011suite relationships, delivering business\u2011focused value discussions and quarterly reviews\n * Guide technical resource deployment for early architecture engagement and roadmap alignment\n * Lead complex commercial negotiations, including LTAs, pricing strategies, and multi\u2011year supply agreements\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * 12+ years in B2B technology sales managing large strategic accounts\n * Proven experience building executive relationships and driving value\u2011based engagements\n * Success navigating complex, multi\u2011stakeholder buying cycles at Fortune 100 or similar organizations\n * Ability to lead cross\u2011functional teams and resolve organizational challenges\n * Understanding of datacenter, semiconductor, or advanced infrastructure technologies\n * Technical degree (BSEE or related) desired\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Strong technical fluency (L2) with ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes\n * Experience driving competitive displacement and long\u2011term account transformation\n * Background in cloud hardware, AI systems, or semiconductor\u2011adjacent technologies\n * Demonstrated leadership of distributed or matrixed teams\n\n\n\nThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: \n\n\n$189,000.00 - $331,100.00 a year\n\nAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.\n\nOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
