Director and Business Partner, Global Corporate Communications - CRMDx and ICTx

Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or related field A minimum of 12 years of communications experience within a corporate or agency environment A minimum of 10 years of issues management experience Experience with both external and internal communications (i.e., external: media relations, product milestone communications, issues management, PR programming for direct-to-patient and physicians; internal: engagement, executive communications and organizational change management) Demonstrated ability to lead people and teams regardless of reporting relationships or direct organizational authority Proven exceptional writer and multi-channel storyteller Ability to identify the “big picture” with attention to detail with all communications In-depth understanding of communicating with target audiences, as well as expertise in high-impact messaging to broad audiences Ability to distill complex information into compelling and simple terms, with an understanding of public and industry perception Demonstrated success at managing competing deadlines within tight timeframes and managing legal, clinical, regulatory reviews and approvals Ability to travel domestically in support of medical congresses and internal team meetings (appx 10%) High degree of emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills Strong executive presence with the ability to thoughtfully advise top executives, comfortably providing alternative points of view and influence decision making Experience in a highly matrixed environment Healthcare communication experience
