Deep expertise in U.S. and international benefits law, governance, and technology‑enabled benefits administration. Strong track record in vendor management, negotiation, and delivering innovative, cost‑efficient programs. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification (CEBS, GBA, CBP, etc.) preferred. Strategic leadership & modern problem‑solving: Skilled at navigating ambiguity with creativity, data literacy, and a technology‑first mentality. Digital fluency: Able to use HRIS, analytics platforms, automation tools, and AI‑enhanced capabilities to elevate benefits delivery. Inclusive communication & relationship building: Outstanding influencer with a track record of fostering trust and collaboration across global teams.
