  • Build and execute annual growth plans; optimize product mix, pricing, and promotions with Publishing and Marketing.

Site Operations and Customer Experience

  • Own the primary application and backend systems: UX, merchandising, content, promotions, accessibility, performance, and reliability.
  • Drive conversion through testing, personalization, and CX/UX enhancements.
  • Set expectations and ensure the Customer Care manager drives team accountability and outcomes.

Technology and Data Stack

  • Partner with Technology and Data.
  • Steward the application, CMS, analytics, testing, product feeds, and roadmap.
  • Ensure robust integrations with OMS/ERP/WMS and partner on feature delivery and site stability.

Digital Marketing Partnership

  • Collaborate with Marketing on search, social, email, and affiliate initiatives to increase qualified traffic.
  • Execute site-side strategies to maximize campaign ROI and conversion.
  • Leverage analytics to monitor performance and surface new growth opportunities.

Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing e-commerce team and agency/vendor ecosystem.
  • Report KPIs, insights, and recommendations to the VP of Sales Channel Strategy and senior leadership.

Accountable Outcomes

  • Strong collaboration skills with Marketing, Technology, and cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven, hands-on operator who can balance strategic planning with execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA or comparable business training/experience is a plus; we value diverse paths to leadership.
  • If you meet most qualifications but don’t check every box, we encourage you to apply.
