CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Director - Case Managers for a biopharmaceutical client in a 100% remote role. As the Case Management – Director, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with global safety reporting regulations, managing the Case Management Group, and providing regulatory expertise. Key duties include vendor management, audit support, and maintaining quality case processing. APPLY NOW!

Requirements for the Director - Case Manager
Education & Experience:

  • Doctorate/Master’s/Bachelor’s degree with 4/8/10 years of related experience.
  • 4 years of managerial experience.

Experience Required:

  • Interacting with regulators during inspections.
  • Organizational expertise in defined subject areas.
  • Knowledge of FDA, EMEA, and international pharmacovigilance regulations.
  • Collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Business change implementation experience.
  • Proficiency in technical safety systems.
  • Vendor management experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements for pharmacovigilance.
  • Expertise in all aspects of case management.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Understanding the impact of emerging scientific/technical trends on the organization.

Top 3 Must-Have Skill Sets:

  1. Knowledge of global regulatory requirements for pharmacovigilance.
  2. Extensive people management experience.
  3. Expertise in all aspects of case management.
