Responsibilities
The Director of the Center for Clinical Excellence will provide leadership for our clinical education team and nursing professional development programs. In conjunction with our senior leadership, the Director is responsible for developing, maintaining, and refining educational programs that support consistent evidence-based, outcome-focused, culturally sensitive, and developmentally appropriate care for patients across all clinical areas at Mercy Medical Center.
Requirements
* Master's Degree in Nursing or Health Related Field; Doctorate degree preferred
* Current RN Licensure in the State of Maryland
