Demonstrated expertise in the telecommunications infrastructure industry, with a strong understanding of Radio Access Network architecture. Working knowledge of Cloud native concepts Technical expertise in O-RAN, 3GPP standards Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and present complex concepts clearly Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed research and analysis, coupled with strategic problem-solving skills, enabling effective engagement with key stakeholders to drive informed decision Previous experience in R&D and Development Unit in Cloud RAN would be an added advantage Education: University degree in Engineering or related field The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
