With a workforce of approximately 120 employees, we operate with startup agility and ambition.

Our vision is to redefine the future of warfare through cutting-edge manufacturing, innovation at speed, and unwavering focus on national security. We are dedicated to solving the next generation of warfare with lethal systems that deter kinetic conflict and protect global security.

Role Overview

Develop and execute growth strategies for Mach’s counter-UAS portfolio. Lead capture for base defense, expeditionary, and naval applications. Engage with AFSOC, Navy, and homeland security stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in C-UAS, air defense, or radar/electronic warfare industries.

  • Experience working with counter-drone technologies and layered defense architecture.

  • Demonstrated success in BD capture and customer advocacy.

  • Secret clearance or ability to obtain.

  • Lead business development strategy for Mach’s counter-UAS (C-UAS) portfolio across DoD, SOF, and homeland security markets.

Responsibilities Overview

  • Own pipeline generation and capture of opportunities related to air base defense, forward-operating outpost protection, shipboard C-UAS, and urban critical infrastructure.

  • Engage stakeholders across AFSOC, NAVSEA, JPEO-CBRND, SOCOM, Army PEO Missiles & Space, and DHS/CBP.

  • Shape CONOPS and mission architectures that layer active, passive, kinetic, and non-kinetic C-UAS technologies.

  • Align system development with threats across Group 1–3 drone swarms, autonomous ISR platforms, and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) threats.

  • Represent Mach Industries at Trident Spectre, Black Dart, Bushwhacker, JIFX, and other key field evaluations.

  • Drive partnership opportunities with prime integrators, sensor OEMs, and software-defined radar companies.

  • Guide internal product and engineering teams on modularity, mobility, and user-centric deployment profiles for the C-UAS suite.

  • Monitor threat evolution, adversary drone use, and policy/ROE updates that impact acquisition behaviors.

  • Support coalition and international sales channels, particularly where NATO and Indo-Pacific drone countermeasures are emerging.
