The Granite YMCA is seeking a passionate and dynamic Director of Day Camp & Teens to lead our Day Camp, Teen, and Kid Zone programs. In this full-time role, you’ll oversee program operations, manage staff, and foster positive community relationships to create enriching youth experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise Day Camp, Teen, and Kid Zone programs such as:
•  Teen Center (including daily operations and monthly Teen Nights) 
  • Teen Programs (Leaders Club, LIT/CIT, monthly Teen Nights, quarterly Teen Trips, supporting Youth & Government conferences)
  • Kid Zone (including KZ+ activities and monthly Kids Night Out)
• Manage staff, schedules, and ensure program quality.
• Develop and manage budgets, track enrollment, and maintain program records.
• Build partnerships with community organizations and families.
• Provide training and development for staff.
• Attend relevant professional development and industry related meetings and conferences both internally and externally.
• Supports curriculum/activity planning and staffing for the P.A.S.T.A (Parenting A Second Time Around) program 
• Adhere summer camp program to NH Child Care Licensing regulations and maintain appropriate files

Qualifications:

•  Degree in elementary education or recreation, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of camp management or related experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working with children and teens in recreational or educational settings.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Mini Bus Driving Credentials (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday with  some nights and weekends will be required
