Are you a passionate early childhood education professional ready to take the next step in leadership? Primrose School of East Aurora is seeking a qualified Director Designee to support our school’s leadership team and ensure the highest level of care, safety, and learning for our students.

As a Director Designee, you will act as an on-site operational leader assisting our Directors, helping to maintain licensing compliance and uphold our exceptional standards of early education.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the designated Director on site during hours of operation when the Director is unavailable.

Ensure full compliance with DCFS licensing regulations and Primrose standards.

Support staff with day-to-day classroom operations, scheduling, and family communication.

Foster a positive and professional school culture in line with the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach.

Build strong relationships with families, staff, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Must meet DCFS Director Qualification Requirements (Associate or Bachelor’s degree with 21+ ECE credits, or other approved combination).

Strong knowledge of state licensing standards.

Previous experience in a leadership or management role in a licensed childcare center preferred.

Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Passion for high-quality early childhood education and team development.
