Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Oversee daily school operations in alignment with The Goddard School® brand and licensing standards
- Develop and implement school policies and best practices
- Partner with on-site owners to drive excellence and strategic growth
Staff Management & Development
- Recruit, train, supervise, and retain a high-performing team
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide coaching and professional development
- Foster a collaborative, supportive, and positive workplace culture
Curriculum & Program Quality
- Support and ensure implementation of a high-quality educational program
- Guide teachers in developing lesson plans that are engaging, age-appropriate, and individualized
- Maintain a strong understanding of child development and instructional best practices
Family & Community Engagement
- Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with families
- Provide ongoing communication about children’s progress and respond to parent concerns with professionalism
- Promote the school within the local community and participate in outreach initiatives
Financial & Business Oversight
- Collaborate on budget development and manage school finances efficiently
- Oversee enrollment, billing, and financial reporting
- Ensure resource allocation aligns with program and business goals
Health, Safety & Facility Management
- Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and cleanliness
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and routine safety drills
- Ensure proper maintenance of the school facility

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related field
- Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting
- Strong knowledge of child development and curriculum best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Inspirational, hands-on leadership style with a passion for education and children
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with poise, professionalism, and positivity
