This opportunity is full-time at 40 hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule.

Assumes responsibility and accountability for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of educational programs for staff throughout the facility with a primary focus on clinical areas. Develops appropriate educational programs, coordinating the content with the organizational goals, objectives, policies, procedures and hospital-wide performance improvement initiatives. Possesses knowledge of adult learning principles. Displays appropriate management skills and works to ensure the facility meets all regulatory, state and corporate standards.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse licensure, Florida
Current AHA BLS Provider (required), AHA ACLS (preferred)
Minimum 3 years experience leadership experience in Staff Development in acute care setting
Capable of exhibiting strong leadership presence throughout the organization related to all initiatives
Possesses excellent communication, presentation and verbal skills
Strong computer skills required
