The Role

As Director of Emergency Services, you'll be responsible for the clinical, financial, and operational performance of the Emergency Department. You'll oversee departmental leadership, support strategic planning, and ensure regulatory compliance all while championing team engagement and evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day and long-term strategy for Emergency Department operations

Oversee staffing models, education, budgeting, and performance metrics

Collaborate with executive leadership and physician partners

Drive process improvement, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction

Build a culture of accountability, safety, and team cohesion

What You'll Bring

Experience Level: Senior-Level

3 - 5+ years of progressive ED leadership experience

Bachelors degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (Masters preferred)

Active RN license required

Strong background in ED operations, staffing, and compliance
