  • Drive solution design and systems integration that support reliable service delivery while remaining agile to changing customer, regulatory, and market requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure technical solutions align with customer needs, business priorities, and utility industry standards.

  • Partner with customers and industry stakeholders to understand requirements, share expertise authentically, and identify innovative service opportunities that deliver measurable value.

  • Build, lead, and develop diverse, high‑performing engineering teams through inclusive workforce planning, hiring, coaching, and continuous development.

  • Establish and communicate strategic roadmaps, define success metrics, and promote accountability through transparent tracking of outcomes and continuous improvement.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational plans responsibly, balancing financial stewardship with investments in innovation and service quality.

  • Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and learning that supports safe, reliable, and future‑ready technology solutions for utilities and energy customers.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience leading engineering organizations or teams in complex technology environments, with accountability for architecture, solution design, and systems integration.

  • Strong expertise in designing and integrating large‑scale, enterprise technology solutions that support managed services or operational platforms.

  • Experience establishing or improving engineering tools, processes, and standards that enable consistency, quality, and agility.

  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with distributed, cross‑functional teams in a global or multi‑market context.

  • Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to translate business and operational needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.

  • Effective communicator who can influence decisions, lead change authentically, and build trust across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience within utilities, energy, IoT, or other regulated, asset‑intensive, or mission‑critical technology environments.

  • Background in managed services, global operations, or service‑oriented technology delivery models.

  • Advanced degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.

  • Experience setting long‑term technology or service roadmaps aligned with customer outcomes and business strategy.

  • Demonstrated success driving innovation while maintaining operational reliability and compliance in complex environments.
