Significant experience leading large consumer product and technology teams across multiple capabilities Strong understanding of P2P and fintech trends, technologies, regulatory environments and consumer insights / trends. Proven track record for building, launching, and maintaining high-scale, successful products in a highly matrixed organization Demonstrated experience in managing complex app ecosystems, design systems, user onboarding, third-party integrations, identity management, and search functionality. Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools. Experience strategically influencing and aligning senior stakeholders and key partners to drive action, results and change consistently Multi-disciplined leader who builds, develops, and advances high performing teams with strong development and domain capability, analytical, strategic, and operational excellence Exceptional communication and presentations skills with an ability to convey complex concepts and issues in a compelling, persuasive, fact-based manner Hands-on, "roll up your sleeves" mindset, with the ability to be a driver and change agent in an organization.
