The role is critical in supporting appropriate access by bridging scientific evidence, real‑world insights, and payer decision‑making frameworks.

  • Provide proactive scientific and health‑economic education to Medical Directors, Pharmacy Directors, and value‑focused customers.

  • Address unsolicited medical and HEOR questions with scientific accuracy, balance, and compliance.

Evidence Needs Assessment & Insight Generation

  • Identify evidence gaps, payer/health system priorities, and emerging trends that influence coverage and access decisions.

  • Communicate customer‑driven evidence needs to internal HEOR, Medical, and Market Access teams to shape future research, modeling, and RWE plans.

  • Collaborate with HEOR research and modeling teams to refine value frameworks, economic models, and evidence strategies based on customer insights.

Field HEOR Research & Scientific Collaboration

  • Co‑create and support customer‑driven, field‑based HEOR/RWE initiatives (e.g., population‑specific analyses, database collaborations, retrospective studies) in compliance with internal governance.

  • Support appropriate sites and customer engagement for Bayer‑sponsored Phase IV/RWE studies when relevant.

  • Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and HEOR Research Strategy to shape evidence generation priorities.

  • Provide HEOR training, data interpretation support, and scientific guidance to field teams and Market Access colleagues.

  • Contribute to internal strategic planning, launch readiness, and value‑evidence communication efforts.
