The Director, Financial Systems and Automation is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the performance of a NetSuite ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. In addition the colleague will be responsible to use toolsets beyond NetSuite (RPA, Python or other tools/languages) to automate processes.

Configuration and Maintenance:
Configure and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring alignment with the company's business processes.
Optimize system settings, workflows, and customizations for maximum efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NetSuite.
Dashboard Creation and Reporting:
Utilize NetSuite's native tools to create high-performing dashboards tailored to specific business needs.
Develop reports and visualizations to provide actionable insights from business data.
Automation Skills:
Leverage RPA tools (such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere) to automate repetitive tasks within NetSuite.
Write Python scripts to enhance system functionality, automate data imports, exports, and perform data transformations.
User Support and Training:
Provide technical support to all team members using NetSuite.
Conduct training sessions to empower users with the necessary skills to navigate and utilize the system effectively.
Integration with Other Systems:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NetSuite with other business applications (e.g., CRM, HR, inventory management).
Ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite and other ERP platforms.
Experience with Other ERP Platforms:
Draw from past experience implementing and maintaining other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Apply best practices learned from other platforms to enhance NetSuite's performance.
Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
10+ years experience in analytics
5+ years experience in automation and ERP implementations
Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
Proficiency in NetSuite administration and customization.
Familiarity with RPA tools and Python scripting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication.
MBA preferred
Tactical experience in implanting ERPs as well as business partnering to drive adopted change
