As a Director, you'll enjoy flexible schedules with Sundays off and a chance to lead and grow in a supportive workplace. Directors should have previous leadership experience and/or specific skills in an administrative area. All Director positions are actively involved in the daily operations of the restaurant (no positions are limited to administrative functions only).

Positions Available

Front of House Director: Oversee guest experience, maintain strong systems.
Back of House Director: Oversee kitchen, food prep, and safety.
HR Director: Manage hiring, onboarding, retention, HR, and payroll.
Marketing Director: Grow the business through guest engagement and community involvement.
Training and Technology Director: Oversee training and operational technology.
Operations Director: Ensure efficiency and quality, expert in CFA procedures.
Restaurant Director: Execute mission and vision, oversee all areas.
