Job Description - Director - Functional Medicine / Wellness


Director – Entrepreneurial Leadership for a Ground-Floor Wellness Venture

We are building something extraordinary—a multidisciplinary functional medicine and wellness practice designed to transform how patients experience health care. Our approach combines functional medicine, physical therapy (physio), nutrition, psychology, personal training, and more to come—with the goal of delivering whole-person care at each of our locations.

We’re seeking a like-minded Integrator/Director who aspires to servant leadership, leading like a coach, and executing like an operator. This is not just a management role—it’s a chance to help architect the systems, culture, and strategy of a growing venture with a long-term vision for expansion.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll be deeply invested in the practice’s success, with profit-sharing and future growth opportunities. You’ll collaborate directly with ownership to drive strategy, develop scalable systems, and ensure a best-in-class patient and team experience.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team across multiple wellness specialties.
  • Build, refine, and scale operational systems for efficiency, quality, and growth.
  • Create a positive, high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and excellence.
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives, from service expansion to community partnerships.
  • Monitor financial and operational KPIs to ensure strong, sustainable growth.
  • Champion innovation while maintaining an unwavering focus on patient outcomes.
