Job Description - Director, Fund Services Client Services
Analyze and assess high-risk investors such as Politically Exposed Persons and investors within high-risk areas. Requires a Bachelor's in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a/an Associate, Manager, or related occupation in the financial services field. Requires five (5) years of experience with: Lexis Nexis; OFAC; Cayman Islands and APAC Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulatory requirements; identification and verification of investors, beneficial owners, and control persons prior to processing full transfers, redemptions, and withdrawals; utilizing public lists and media services to conduct investor screening on sanctions; Nominee Letter and Eligible Introducers Letters Testing; working with AML compliance officers (“AMLCOs”) and Money Laundering Reporting Officers (“MLROs”); reviewing Investor Customer Due Diligence (“CDD”) information; and risk categories including standard, simplified, and enhanced.
