Job Description - Director, Global Sales - US

Job Summary:


This role will be instrumental in critically impacting overall company growth, revenue, and profitability. This position will focus on effectively handling all aspects of the franchise sales process with conversions, mergers, and acquisitions in an assigned designated territory. This role will navigate the entire sales process from initial engagement, awarding the franchise, transitioning the new franchise owners, and onboarding. Additionally, this role will participate in researching and developing tactics for attracting highly qualified new franchise prospects brokerages for franchise sales conversions, mergers, and acquisitions.


Essential Functions:



  • Researches and develops tactics for attracting highly qualified new franchise prospects of 50+ agent brokerages for franchise sales conversions, mergers, and acquisitions.

  • Prospects, engages, and sells the franchise system to brokerages throughout the assigned designated territory to convert their operation.

  • Navigates conversions, mergers, and acquisitions of larger brokerages.

  • Communicates and facilitates mergers and acquisition opportunities with an existing network of franchise owners.

  •  Works closely with the entire franchise sales team to generate results that support Company growth initiatives.

  • High integrity sales approach that is sincere and focused on delivering value while generating excitement about the RE/MAX brand

  • Other Duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience


Years of Experience: 7+ Years


Years of Management: No Experience Needed


 Preferred Licensing, Certifications and Skills:



  • Demonstrated success in territory sales growth in current and new markets.

  • Ability to travel 50-70%.

Salary Range: 


$85,000 - $101,000


Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location.  The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package.  Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
