Job Description - Director, Global Strategic Accounts
Influence decision-making at the executive level. Conduct discovery and develop strategies tailored to each organization. Negotiate and close customer contracts, determining pricing and agreements. Support account planning, business reviews, and strategic customer touchpoints. Own the P&L accountability for significant commerce segments, driving profitable revenue growth and market share for global verticals, with a demonstrated ability to manage businesses generating over Billion in processed volume. Develop and execute complex go-to-market strategies for new payment solutions (e.g., BNPL/installments, subscriptions, stablecoins) across global platform partners. Lead deep cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Regional Commercial, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless product integration and GTM execution. Mentor and lead a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and operational excellence. Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field. Expertise in next-generation payment systems, including BNPL/installments, subscriptions, stablecoins, and complex multi-seller marketplace infrastructures. Experience leading global expansion and managing initiatives across multiple geographies. Work Permit and Relocation Prerequisites: Must already possess valid authorization to work in the country where the position is advertised/located. 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. 15+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 10+ years in a senior leadership role within Payments, e-Commerce, FinTech, or a platform-based ecosystem. Demonstrated executive leadership in digital payments, driving market share through strategic partnerships and product management. Deep specialization in Payments, eCommerce, loyalty, and complex go-to-market strategies. Proven ability to architect and scale product-led partnerships that deliver measurable business impact. Exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of securing funding and C-level commitment for multi-year strategic initiatives. 15 years+ work experience in Sales and Solution selling Experience with Team management Commercial acumen to lead CEO-level negotiation.
