Role Description: The Director of Human Resources leads the day-to-day HR function for a 300-employee logistics and transportation organization. This role is responsible for executing HR strategy, overseeing HR operations, and ensuring consistent, compliant people practices across the company.

Exposure to varying temperatures, equipment traffic, and industrial noise is expected. Regular walking, standing, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) may be required.
