The Company:
Czarnowski Collective is a leading experiential marketing and brand activation company, designing and delivering trade show exhibits, environments, and events for enterprise clients. It's been over 75 years since we opened our doors, but we're still not resting on our reputation or accolades. We're wondering "what if…" — anticipating what's next and building the systems and data platforms that power a business built on forward-thinking work for forward-thinking brands.
Joining the Czarnowski Collective means the opportunity to be more than a number, more than a job title, more than a spectator. We are a collective of dreamers and thinkers, doers, and makers…and we're searching for more of the same to join the ranks.
The Purpose:
We are looking for a Director, IT PMO to join our team in Atlanta! In this role, you'll run governance, budget, vendor, and contract management for Czarnowski Collective's IT project portfolio, chairing the IT Steering Committee and driving executive alignment on priorities and risk across our Microsoft estate — including Dynamics 365 F&O, D365 Sales, Project Operations, and our Power BI/Fabric analytics environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role: rather than delegating our most complex or highest-risk projects, you'll personally lead them while overseeing the broader portfolio through your PMO team. You'll partner closely with the CIO on ERP and digital transformation initiatives, own capex/opex budgeting and forecasting, and be the person who keeps vendors, contracts, and cross-functional stakeholders aligned when priorities and trade-offs get complicated.
You'll build and lead a project management team, set the delivery standards they're held to, and drive the governance and methodology (hybrid agile/waterfall) that keeps ERP, data, and infrastructure projects moving. If you've established a PMO from the ground up or thrive translating technical initiatives into business impact for executive audiences, this role gives you the room to do both.
