Job Description - Director, Lean Operations

The role drives strategic projects, supports VP in long-term initiatives, promotes a LEAN culture, leads regional projects, and spearheads lean digital transformation for productivity gains and smart factory capabilities. This role will manage a team of 5-10 people and be part of the senior management team.

Requirements

Previous experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related areas of project management is required.

Demonstrated track record in project/program management and leadership roles, particularly in leading teams.

Familiarity with collaborating in global, cross-functional, and culturally diverse teams is essential.

Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and facilitate discussions among varied stakeholder groups with differing priorities.

English and Japanese
