We're seeking a Director in Orlando to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape strategy, lead high-performing teams, and drive growth across one of our most dynamic and influential business units. In this role, you will serve as the face of North Highland with two marquee clients in the Orlando market. This hybrid position blends senior delivery leadership with entrepreneurial business development, requiring a strong on-site presence to build authentic relationships, deeply understand client pain points, and identify opportunities to solve complex challenges. You'll walk the halls, engage directly with executive leaders, and mobilize teams to deliver meaningful, measurable results.

YOU WILL:

• Be the Face of North Highland: Serve as the primary relationship owner for new net business at the client's Orlando HQ, blending leadership in delivery with entrepreneurial business development. Build authentic relationships, understand client pain points, and identify opportunities to solve complex challenges.
• Lead with Excellence: Act as Engagement Leader on key projects, leveraging core consulting skills (Project Management, Technology, Change Management, Strategy) to ensure solutions deliver real results
• Grow the Footprint: Identify and capitalize on white space for growth. Translate client challenges into North Highland solutions, expanding our reach across functions and departments.
• Mentor and Develop: Lead, coach, and mentor teams of talented consultants. Guide junior staff to achieve their career goals and nurture future leaders.
• Be an Entrepreneur: Co-own the account strategy, manage the P&L, and drive the vision for the North Highland-client partnership with autonomy and accountability

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

• 7+ years of management consulting experience, ideally with Big 4 or top-tier advisory firms, with a consistent track record of excellence in delivery.
• Proven experience originating and scoping projects, or a strong desire to build and grow new business.
• Builder Mindset: Proven experience originating and scoping projects, or a strong desire to build and grow new business. Motivated by creation, not maintenance.
• Orlando Presence: Deep local connections and willingness to be highly visible on-site at client location. Strong understanding of Orlando's Healthcare and/or Hospitality sectors and business culture.
• Magnetic Interpersonal Skills: High EQ with the ability to build trust at all levels. Respected by teams and executives alike; a natural relationship builder.
• Leadership Capabilities: Experience leading teams or workstreams and managing direct reports. Passion for developing others; former team members seek your mentorship.
• Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
