Here’s the Gist :
Lead a dynamic, execution based operations team. Create and implement strategy to drive quality, cycle time and productivity improvements across the Manufacturing organization.
The Day-to-Day:
Facilitate discussion on daily execution priorities
Direct Supervision of 2nd level managers in Operations, IE, and Planning departments
Review and provide guidance on critical continual improvement projects
Develop next generation of leaders for continual growth at Wolfspeed
Work across teams and organizations to identify strategic improvements, resource needs, and execution plans
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements)
Bachelor of Science degree
Minimum of 5 years experience in Semiconductor wafer fab operations
Competitive Drive for continual improvement
