Main responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that leverages AI tools for customer segmentation, persona development, and personalized marketing.

Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize AI algorithms for content creation.

Foster a test-and-learn mindset within the marketing team to encourage calculated risks in adopting new AI technologies.

Continuously explore innovative ways to enhance content quality and effectiveness.

Work closely with legal, regulatory, and compliance teams to gain buy-in for AI-driven processes.

Communicate the value and benefits of AI tools to stakeholders to ensure alignment with company policies and guidelines.

Present AI-driven marketing strategies to senior leaders and global stakeholders.

Demonstrate confidence and expertise in AI applications while advocating for AI adoption as a strategic imperative.

Define KPIs related to AI content performance as well as regularly assess and report on the impact of AI initiatives.

About you

Experience :

Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI-driven content.

Proficiency in AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, natural language processing).

Excellent communication skills to articulate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Confidence in presenting to senior leadership and gaining global buy-in.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science and/or related field (MBA preferred)

The salary range for this position is $171,000.00 - 228,000.00. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
