Successful biotech company is looking to add on a Director of Accounting to their growing team.

You will be part of the elite team managing accounting process and leading the close and financial audits.

responsibilities:
Responsibilities:

Lead accounting close process including, leading close meetings, MD&A review and coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors.
Oversee payroll, accounts payable and expense clinical trial accrual processes.
SAP administration and chart of accounts maintenance.
Concur and fixed asset processes.
Tax compliance and provision review and VAT filings
System implementation.
Manage Treasury, insurance renewal and other corporate functions as needed.

10+ years of related experience

Biotech and clinical trial experience required
